This course provides an overview of the law and the legal system with a focus on tourism and hospitality industry. Upon completion of the course, students are able to:
- Understand the current structure of the Vietnamese legal system.
- Distinguish different types of companies and pros and cons of each corporate form
- Understand requirements on compliance with standards in hotel management business
- Recognize valid business contracts in general, hospitality-related contracts in particular.
- Draft, conclude and implement the hospitality-related contracts
- Utilize the regime of commercial dispute resolution.
