Teaching is more than knowledge, it is also about recognizing social cues that identify acknowledgement and learning of knowledge supplied. There is also significant evidence suggesting that human social interactions are more efficient at transferring knowledge than when done independently. In the modern world robots can supply knowledge… they can not teach. The reasons are observiously

- The role and experience of a human teacher in content creation is so huge which a robot can’t replicate

- A robot may teach, but it cannot answer doubts and make sure if the content has reached even the last student of the class.

- A robot cannot have a inspirational story to motivate a hopeless students to do better and achieve bigger in live

- A robot cannot differentiate between who is really listening and who is not

- A robot cannot make emotional connection with students which is really important in some cases

- A robot cannot find out if a student has some problem outside the class and help him/her with it (Very important in case of residential courses)

In short, a robot can teach but cannot be a student’s friend whom he will rely upon even after his course!
