This subject introduces students to the organization and operation of a hotel's Sales department. Students should gain a good understanding of the skills and activities of an effective salesperson. Students will be required to develop a Sales Plan for a hotel or create a new product to sell. Students are also required to research the products and packages of a particular Hotel or a Resort. Students will be required to undertake market research; establish customers’ requirements, analyze information.
